What counts as a property?: One address. A house split into flats can be one property or several, whichever suits how you let it. Tenancies and tenants are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plan later?: Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down is credited against your next bill.
What if I go over my plan?: Nothing is hidden or deleted. You just can’t add another property until you move up a plan.
How do I cancel?: From your billing settings, whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
